“It’s not who you are that holds you back, it’s what you think you are not.” Denis Waitley

Often times, we know what we need to do but that doesn’t always help us to do it.

How many times have we said…I really need to this? I should really get started with that?

Yet somehow it still ends up not done. We’re still hoping. Still wishing. One day. Later. Tomorrow. Maybe when. Same goals next year.

Sound familiar?

Of course! We have all been there. A lot of times we really have good intentions. We even start off really strong but again…end up…you get the picture!

Many things keep us feeling stuck and stagnant. Fear. Procrastination. Time. Money. The list is endless.

We don’t have to let these things paralyze us. Yet, they do which means there’s really only one other thing. One thing in this whole wide big world universe that can stop you and get in your way. Just one.

It’s you!

Yeah that’s it. It’s just that simple. At the end of the day, if you are not making a decision to move forward, to move beyond then you are making a decision to stay right where you are.

We have heard it before and we have even said it. We are our worst critic. Heck forget anybody else. What they say. We keep ourselves stuck and stagnant.

You may still be thinking it’s more to it than that. This all sounds cliche.

Oh but is it?

So how do we push through? How do we move forward? How do we make lasting change and continuous growth?

We really have to get to the underlying thing or reason and address that. What’s really causing the fear? What are you really afraid of? Why the resistance? Why can’t you commit to what you say you’re going to do? Why the same ole story? Why not today? What’s it going to take?

Imagine if you truly believed with absolute certainty that you are capable. You are worthy. You are deserving. You are enough. What if you fully trusted yourself? What if you believed in yourself, your power and your greatness? Imagine if all of the limitations before you were merely illusions. You truly believed that you could do and accomplish anything.

What would you do?

It all starts with you. Yes, you can! You are more powerful than you think.
