I provide Life Coaching, Mentoring and Personal Development services to professional women. I help women in the workplace discover purpose beyond career success so that they can have greater fulfillment.
Purpose
Coaching is a collaborative process designed to move you from where you are to where you desire to be. As your coach, I help you gain awareness that shifts your perspective so you can grow and transform. I’ll help you dip deep to understand what’s getting in your way and how to overcome the barriers to your success. My coaching process uses tools and proven methods designed to help you shift so that you can have greater fulfillment and THRIVE.
Why Life Coaching
After over 23 years working in the Information Technology (IT) field, I found Coaching which answered a deeper calling to use my gifts, talents and abilities to be of service and help others.
Through my own personal growth journey, I witnessed the power of coaching. The awareness that I gained from coaching completely transformed my life. It opened me up to greater potential and possibility for my life. This led me to starting a business, becoming an entrepreneur and a Certified Professional Coach (CPC) to help other women discover purpose beyond career success.
This journey has led me to launching a podcast, traveling around the world and becoming a Best-Selling Author which has been a long held dream.
Career
My career started in the military as an Information Systems Technician (IT). I joined the US NAVY right after high school at the age of 17. I served four years on active duty and four years as an active reservist. After military service I continued working in the Information Technology (IT) field.
I’ve held many positions including network administrator, system administrator, and system engineer within both the private and public sectors. I have over 23 years of experience as a STEM professional, a Bachelor’s degree in Technical Management and a Master’s degree in Information Technology. I’ve distinguished myself as an IT professional with a unique combination of education, experience and expertise.
My vast experience combined with a formal education allows me to provide support from an informed, practical and real-world perspective. I bring a wealth of knowledge, expertise and skills to my coaching and mentoring business. Providing my clients with education, guidance and support to foster new awareness, breakthroughs, personal growth and transformation. Ultimately allowing my clients to step into their next level and pursue their bigger goals, dreams and vision.
Although I love technology and I still work as an IT consultant, I found greater purpose through coaching women and mentoring young girls. I consider IT a skill that comes naturally; one that I’ve built upon to become successful in my career. I consider coaching and mentoring a calling; given to fulfill a greater purpose to empower women, to be of service and to make a difference in the lives of others.
I share my story of being unfulfilled in my career, not knowing who I was and being uncertain of my greater purpose to inspire women. My life journey has been an exercise in stepping into my next level in order to have the success that I’ve been able to achieve. I share what I’ve learned along this journey to empower women to believe in their power, to find their voice and to embrace their own uniqueness. My personal motto is, “You are more powerful than you believe! You are the answer. You hold the key.”
